Bargains on Sandpoint Building Sites

Are there bargains on building sites in Sandpoint?

Builder friends of mine are hurting.

But they will be the first to tell you that with the huge inventory of unsold Sandpoint properties this is good for buyers.

As the current inventory is sold and new buyers are attracted to the marketplace by low interest rates there will be a natural correction across the country and especially here in Sandpoint where we have lakes, world class skiing and a healthy lifestyle.

The developers I know – and work with – are willing to pull a chair up to the table and get creative.     Just this weekend I was chatting with a developer on Schweitzer Mountain that would heavily discount the lots he has left to get out from under the debt.

And don’t overlook deals at Dover Bay and Seasons.    Dover Bay in particular is heavily marketing their lots and bungalows.
