Sandpoint foreclosures were at the top of Kraige Clark’s list to talk about over coffee this morning. Kraige is a Mortgage Loan Officer with NW Mortgage on First Avenue who knows that Sandpoint, Idaho foreclosures are stressing investors.
He came to me to discuss how Sandpoint foreclosures are affecting his clients. I also learned that there are several investment opportunities at Schweitzer and on the lake with an outstanding ROI.
A three phase development at the ski hill can generate a minimum of $44,000 per month and the lots and homes on the water or with lake access are extremely attractive. Sandpoint foreclosures are creating opportunities as more sellers are offering discount prices prior to actual foreclosure notices.
I was in touch with a property owner this morning who drastically lowered his riverfront lot price and is probably willing to settle for as little as $60,000 dollars. That’s less than a city lot.
Temperatures are dropping 20-25 degrees this week while Sandpoint foreclosures continue to heat up.
