Sandpoint Foreclosures – Fiduciary Felony?

Investors and conventional buyers of Sandpoint foreclosures are being short-changed by out of state companies.  The first two dozen websites I reviewed this morning all had incorrect information that ultimately hurts everyone involved in Sandpoint Idaho foreclosures.

One website reported a total of one Sandpoint foreclosure.  Another reported a property and counted it 6-8 times.  Any Sandpoint Realtor will tell you that it’s a crime to not provide accurate, updated information to stressed Sellers and Buyers that want to be part of the solution.

When I talk about Sandpoint foreclosures I am also addressing homeowners with a Notice of Default, pre-foreclosures, and Sandpoint homes that have an auction date.

Today, there were at least four properties between 50-100K and there were over 2 dozen properties where the amount to cure foreclosure was 10k or less.   Do we have a continuing opportunity to help people before their credit and their lives are ruined.   Yes.

Obviously the assistance that buyers and sellers need when it comes to Sandpoint foreclosures will be provided by a Sandpoint Realtor and not an anonymous website in upstate New York that has their electronic hand in your pocket.
