Swing Swing Swing

Jason Moody Sandpoint Violinist
It was 11 years and one day ago that Jason Moody was the guest violin soloist at the Festival at Sandpoint. Back then admission ranged from $8 to $24.50 for individual acts. Sandpoint foreclosures were not crushing families in Sandpoint homes close enough to hear the sweet music from their porches.
Tonight a sold-out audience will enjoy Jason’s appearance at the Festival as 1st violin and his wife, Earecka will be principal harpist. It will be a warm ending to a promising day. We heard about a family that may thwart their home being added to the list of Sandpoint foreclosures.
They have a buyer that will perform just before their default. They also qualify for Rural Development and FHA loans. Today I introduced them to a family also trying to avoid being a stat on the Sandpoint foreclosures list.
This family is offering their much larger home and lot with a deep discount because they have lots of equity, want to keep their good credit, and know that the large number of Sandpoint foreclosures offers buyers a wide selection.
Today was a good day. Two families that are the faces of Sandpoint foreclosures may be able to provide a better opportunity for each other. What kicked it off? The first move was the investor that came to the table.
What’s your best move to modify your loan, avoid pre-foreclosure, stay off the Sandpoint foreclosures list or connect with an investor in today’s market? Make the first move. Do your homework and ask questions.
P.S. But save it for tomorrow because tonight the whole town is gonna “Swing Swing Swing” with the Spokane Symphony Orchestra while they enjoy the finale of the 2009 Festival at Sandpoint with a hometown kid that “done good”.
