Sandpoint foreclosures and folks in Sandpoint homes share their pain with one in every 355 homeowners in America. There is terminal confusion as the number of people and plans claiming solutions grows like Jack’s famous beanstalk.

Dean says let the owners convert to renters, a Harvard professor says his plan will solve everything, and Tammy lists 5 reasons that less than 9% of borrower applications to modify their loans have been processed by mortgage companies.

Who holds the mortgages on Sandpoint foreclosures? Loans are bundled and sold all the time. Sandpoint property may be held by Ocwen in Florida. Many Sandpoint foreclosures have a mortgage that might sell today. How do we separate fact from fairytales?

Remember ACORN? They have organized Operation “Home Wrecker” for August 19th against servicers who are not working within the HAMP (Making Homes Affordable Program) to stop Sandpoint foreclosures and others across the nation.

Raise your hand if you believe that’s going to work. These are tough times. Real lives are being affected by Sandpoint foreclosures. People have tough questions and need genuine answers.

Don’t let Sandpoint foreclosures be your last move. If you need help selling before you’re annihilated or you are trying to determine your best buying move; I’m here for you. You’ve got questions? Ask Ray.
