Will Governor Schwarzenegger pardon his wife? TMZ caught Maria Shriver holding her cell phone while piloting her SUV.  Governor promises to terminate her cell phone use while driving.

Pretty sure that people with their homes listed as one of the Sandpoint foreclosures are not “hung up” on Maria’s infraction.

People desperate to redeem their homes or avoid having them on the list of Sandpoint foreclosures are holding their phones too.   Holding them up to their ears and dialing number after number of agencies and lenders that is supposed to provide assistance.

There were three homes on the Sandpoint foreclosures list that went to auction last month for about half of what they were assessed at 3 years ago.  No bids.

It is genuinely sad that real estate bargains are the result of so much agony.
